Our general salary increase of 1% takes place as of April 1, 2023. This, the first increase under the January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2025_MSU/Coalition Health Care Agreement, was set at 1%. Subsequent raises under this agreement will be determined by the cost of health care in a given year.
Note: CTs who have not reached their progression maximums will also receive anniversary raises.

Please note, the Progression Maximum indicates the point at which progression (anniversary) raises stop. Salaries can exceed the progression maximum for several reasons, including merit raises. The amounts in the following chart will increase by 1% on April 1, 2023.
