General pay raises through 2026 are determined by health care costs in a formula bargained through the Coalition of Labor Organizations at MSU and MSU for the period January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2025. CTs received their first general increases under the MOU on April 1, 2023, and will receive their final general increase under this MOU on April 1, 2026.
Effective 4/1/2026: Increase of tdb.

Effective 4/1/2024: Increase of tdb.
Effective 4/1/2023: Increase of 1%.
