In order to facilitate representation, the CTU has developed several of its own forms. Before tackling a problem on your own, it is always best to contact your UR or the CTU office so that you will have the support and guidance of your union.

• Classification grievance. Before submitting a classification grievance, always talk to your Union Representative or a Contract Administrator.
• Request for representation.
• Work overflow form.
